Author: La Tunya Sifford

Are you a realtor and looking for a tasteful way to thank a client for their business? With your recently earned commission, dont forget to show your appreciation a carefully thought out gift will not only ensure future referrals, it will also show your client just how much you care. In fact, corporate gifts and corporate gift baskets have not only become more popular in todays real estate market, they are often expected from buyers and sellers.

Corporate gift baskets are a creative way to add a personalized touch. There are countless websites and businesses that specialize in this type gift. Are your clients fond of cooking? Then consider a gourmet spice basket with some hard-to-find or unusual cooking accessories. Is your client a wine connoisseur? Then arrange a basket with some fine wine, gourmet cheese, and perhaps a unique wine tool or cork. Do your clients love the outdoors? Then perhaps a picnic basket filled with picnic supplies, sunscreen, passes to a local park, and gourmet snacks from the local health food store would be appropriate.

If your clients are new to the area, or are relocating from somewhere else, the possibilities for corporate gift giving are endless. Try filling a basket with movie tickets, a gift certificate to a popular local restaurant, park passes, museum tickets, and perhaps a city calendar or special events calendar. You can also include maps or a guide book to the area.

Be sure to enclose a personalized note to your clients with their gift. Whatever you choose, corporate gift baskets are a thoughtful way to say thanks and show your appreciation.

If you want a more customized gift for your client, think of adding imprinted ribbon with your company's name, logo, colors, that wil lsure leave a lasting impression on your client.
