How to keep your Manhood Intact

In the current scenario, manhood is not just about dominating your better half and imposing your ideas on her by force. In fact it also pertains to ones sexuality and ability to fulfill her sexual desires. Mutual contentment is essential for a sound sexual relationship. Any dissatisfaction or discomfort on the part of one half, may lead to destruction of relationship between the two individuals. Factors like stress, pressure to perform better, anxiety, and low self confidence may be responsible for such unsatisfactory sexual encounter.

Apart from this a bad sexual health on the part of man can also leave both the partners unsatisfied due to unsuccessful sexual intercourse. Sexual fitness is very vital from the point of view of mens health. Here sexual fitness constitutes not only sexual and physical fitness but also a good mental health. In other words, one must have good concentrating ability so that he can focus on present sexual activity rather than worrying about the outcome of the mushy and naughty moments.

Now the obvious questions arising in your mind must be, How one may lose his sexual health and What to do in order to retain a good sexual health. The former question can be answered by enlisting the possible causes of a bad sexual health:-

Having unprotected sex with more then one partner.

Using low quality or expired condom while having sexual intercourse with a partner who is susceptible to having STDs

Improper use of condoms that is, not leaving sufficient space at the tip of the condom which can lead to tearing it due to pressure after ejaculation.

Over smoking and drinking as they can lead to impotence.

Believing in misconceptions like oral sex cannot lead to STDs.

Considering life threatening STDs like AIDS which, however, is not curable and is still spreading at a rapid rate in most parts of the world including US (19 million new cases of STDs occur each year in US and almost half of them happen in teenagers and young adults between 15 to 24), clearly, the best way to answer the latter question is to facilitate and encourage people to be preventive. In other words, use good quality condoms whenever required, use them properly, check for its expiry date before the use, try to avoid excessive drinking and increase your physical activities to increase the blood flow and prevent your sexual health from disorders like impotence. Thus, prevention is indispensable to retain your priceless sexual health as well as relationship.
