But imagine the very next moment you get to know that he is impotent, would your reaction still remain the same.
You will have different feelings towards him now. In the midst of all the aspects of mens health impotence is regarded to be the most severe and alarming. Some might develop feelings of sympathy whereas others might not feel anything at all for him. So, we just noticed that how does each one of ours reaction changes on seeing an impotent male. But WHY should one remain impotent when we have the remedy. The greatest cause of impotency in males is erectile dysfunction.
ED is defined as the consistent inability to attain and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. ED affects an estimated 152 million men and their partners worldwide.10 Experts believe that 80 - 90 percent of ED cases are related to a physical or medical condition, like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and prostate cancer treatment, while 10 - 20 percent is due to psychological causes. In many cases, however, both psychological and physiological factors contribute to the condition. Erectile dysfunction (ED, impotence) varies in severity; some men have a total inability to achieve an erection, others have an inconsistent ability to achieve an erection, and still others can sustain only brief erections. Experts have estimated that impotence affects 30 million men in the Untied States.
There are only three oral drugs approved by the FDA to treat this impotence: Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra. All work by increasing the flow of blood into the penis so that when a man is sexually stimulated, he can get an erection. Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra work by a similar mechanism to cause erections. There are subtle differences in how long the drug works and how quickly it works. Levitra works a little longer than Viagra. They both take effect in about 30 minutes. With Levitra, the effects last for about 5 hours. With Viagra, the effects last approximately 4 hours.
Cialis works a bit faster (within about 15 minutes), and the effects last much longer -- up to 36 hours in some cases.
Cialis is changing the way doctors and patients think about treating ED by offering two important benefits: a 36-hour window of opportunity for intimacy and the ability to take the tablet on an empty stomach or with a meal, without concern that high-fat food will reduce the absorption of the medicine.
"What the marketplace tells us is that men and their partners are truly taking advantage of the benefits of Cialis," said Matt Beebe, U.S. brand team leader for Cialis, Lilly ICOS LLC. "Men can take Cialis Friday evening and choose the moment for romance as late as Sunday morning. Because Cialis works for up to 36 hours, it allows a man and his partner to relax, forget about planning intimacy and let it happen when the moment is right for them."
Cialis is available by prescription only and is not for everyone. Men taking nitrates, often used for chest pain, or certain alpha-blockers for prostate problems or high blood pressure, should not take Cialis. Such combinations could cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.
Men should discuss their health status with their doctors to ensure Cialis is right for them and that they are healthy enough for sexual activity. The most common side effects with Cialis were headache, upset stomach, delayed backache and muscle ache.
So rid yourself of this dreadful and frightening disease called impotence. |
