Beating the Frustration of Working from Home

Author: James Hannan and Kasey Hannan

Most small business owners are frustrated with small incidental problems that take up most of their time and produce no income.

Entrepreneurs need to keep moving forward and focus on the vision they have for their business, however they find that the small tedious tasks they have to do each day are stealing their time to be productive and build their businesses.

Some of the frustrations that seem to be evident at the moment are:

" Replying to emails
" Book work
" Phone calls from acquaintances that call about nothing
" Government red tape

So the main question that is being asked by small business owners is "How do they build their business and do the administration and all the other stuff that has to be done?"

Some of the key points are:

" "Set your diary and follow it. If you schedule time for family, clients or prospects don't mess with it, Your diary is the rules you live by."

" "Set a designated time for administration and turn the phone off and close the door until it is completed. Stay focused and you will complete more then you ever thought you could."

" "Contract out your weaknesses. Things like "Book Keeping and cleaning" are two very simple things that you can give someone to do. Find someone you can trust then let them do it. This will allow you to focus on building your business. Ask yourself "What is your time worth"

The last point "Contracting out your weaknesses" has been found to be one of the hardest things for a business owner to do.

Results are coming in from all over the world that prove that when people focus they can accomplish more then thought possible but for this to happen the frustrating mundane needs to be dealt with.

It seems that the sooner that a home based business owners realize they have a TRUE BUSINESS the sooner they make money and become profitable, however it seems that most never have this realization and never make it past this point.
